Looking for a highly experienced Ruby on Rails programmer for an upcoming e-commerce project.

Pay will be based on experience.

Nothing in Rails; mostly all I do is in Django (http://djangoproject.com). Some stuff is at nokrev.com (http://nokrev.com).
