Just produced a flash adventure game for the national library of Wales, nanws great adventure. Its the biggestand most complex flash project we've undertaken. It primarily aimed at 7-12 year olds but is ment to be enjoyable for all ages.
Any feeback would be great.

Its a pretty neat game. Also, its isometric, so you get a lot of cool points there! I wish I knew how to make a isometric game.
About the controls. I think the controls are hard to use. I have played other isometric games and their controls seemed second nature to me. But I had to learn your controls. :(
Sweet game though! :thumb:

cheers Ron.
Just wondering what was it with the controls that was difficult, as they're just up, down, left and right?

OMG123!! Those characters are amazing. I didn't bother with the English version simply because it's more interesting to try to figure it out without too much guidance. I honestly had no idea what I was supposed to do and it was awesome! I love that thing with the ears that absorbs the books, and the animation is great too! Nice work!!

I just played it again in English and it's great!!! Did you work on a team to build this or was it a one man gig? It's really excellent.

There were mainly two of us on this project, which was our first game and we took in total around 550 hours to complete, this includes a lot of correspondence and admin as well.I did all the graphics, game play and layout and another guy all the main action script programming.
This would have been a lot of work for one person.
Next time I'll have more people on the project, it was a great learning experience though.
