The buttons on the left seem kinda odd and not aligned :S i know thats how they are sposed to look but....

Yup functions work fine (y) OMG that singing would drive me crazy

it's too yeah, disney-ish and it did remind me somewhat(for reasons unknown) of myspace. haha, but it does the job well:D

OMG. Do not ever subject me to something like that EVER again.

I'm going to use restraint here and tell you ONE honest thing that will save you one day. I promise.

Don't post client work in these forums if it's for a company like the one you work for. I made the same error years ago when I posted a logo and package design I did for a shoe company. I was threatened with a law suite and a cease and desist order since I was under contractual obligation not to post anything connecting the client to my business in a public space. I guarantee you the big "D" is far more frightening than this company which I speak of. Just be careful of what you post in relation to work(unless it was approved beforehand in writing). If it gets torn apart in these forums, they will view it as you making an attempt to tarnish their reputation and your job will be in question(IF they can trace it back to you, and that won't be hard if you were one of a team of three or four people making this). This is advice from a professional to a professional.

No worries. Please post some personal projects though! From the looks of things you've got lots of potential. I bet you create some cool stuff in your free time, please share.
