center it, and those top buttons don't really fit in.

Honestly, it kinda seems like the functionality is there because it can be, rather than because it should be. It looks like a lot of flash sites that gave flash a bad name about 5 years ago (and I'll readily admit I've been guilty of it too.

I think if you're going to have the left top animation thing, the bottom menu shoudln't scroll. That and the cut outs of those bottles don't look right.

Make a contact form for the contact page, you should never use mailto:

Its great that you have the videos working to promote the products but it just doesnt fit right. Maybe its because they just cut out with no warning i dont know..

You should have a mute button for the videos too or a stop button.

Tbh all of that site could have been done in html and didnt need to be flash and it just looks all thrown together.

I would get a pen and paper and lay it out properly

It's not working for me I'm afraid. A bit too rudimentary and simple in appearance. Sorry.
Also, as Will said, the vast majority of this could be done in xhtml/css, so why not use that?
If most of the products have a white background, then best that you place them on a containing area which also has a white background - white boxes around each product image on a red background just looks cheap and unprofessional. Either that or take each photo into photoshop and lose the white background.

ditch the glows and bevels and change the shade of red.

Mmmmm optimum nutrition whey protein! MmmmMMMM!!! :P

Very, very slow and unusable. A good exploration into Flash if it's your first site, but not a showpiece by any degree. Keep at it.
