I have added a new font to the fonts list in the dreamweaver properties box...and as far as I can see in the html it is using the new font (as far as I was aware dreamweaver auto embeds fonts when u use the design mode in this way). When I view the site on my machine the text is fine (obviously because I have this font installed in my machine).... but on other machines the text goes to a default..... any ideas....how do I embed the font so it displays on machines that dont have this particular font installed????

Make sense.....

Cheers again guys.

You can use Dreamweaver's build in "Flash Text" function if it for headings and such. I most often use methods found here

If you want all text on the page to display in this font...I would not recommend it.
