lose the car that follows the mouse, it is VERY annoying

and try to make you gradient fills a bit softer, instead of Blue to white try Blue to a lighter Blue

apart from that it's good

I would get rid of all the popups! Instead of loading all the links into _blank load them into the same window.

Only other thing that I notice off hand is that you need to set your topmargin="0" and leftmargin="0" in the body tag.
