I am not feeling those colors. and the haneycomb shape thing is an afterthought that is used much too much. Add some mock up content to the stage and links area and I will be able to give a better critique.....what kinda company is it??

sorry, couldn't resist :)
honeycomb is over-used.
and as 3d-iva said: you need some mock contents so we can see how it will look.

-easy company- wasnt that a WWII american squadron ??? that landed in normandy ?-

if you really need to use the hexagons why not flash it up ?

The colors are a bit too dull, the layout is a too long and the overall site just seems too flat.
If you're going to keep it flat then use lighter colors for a cleaner look.
Also the Easy Company text seems too tacky and doesn't seem to fit the overall layout at all.
What theme are you going for exactly? What kind of mood are you trying to create? You should think about those questions before you design...
