conclusions:

when you have a URL in your post, "about:" becomes "vbscript :"

And javascript: becomes about:


It's a weird bug, but you can counteract it by breaking it apart via vbCode (example )

So javascript would become javascript

It breaks up the string so regExp can't find and replace it. I already brought this issue up to Kirupa a while ago. It appears to have happened when he integrated the Actionscript vbCode tags.


oh, and I think it only happens when you use other vbCode tags in the post

it just comes up once in a while.

I noticed that as well a while back...

doesn't come up very often tho...

edit: changes... so yep, my theory was correct ;)


edit2: wait... about turned into nothing, javascript turned into vbscript, and vbscript turned into about.... now THAT is weird...lol. Either way my theory was correct, just not correct in what it changes into :P
