The real answer is that the image is generated dynamically by some server-side language like PHP or some more obscure language that only nokrev and three other people know.

Go to the image location, http://nokrev.com/footer (http://nokrev.com/footer), and refresh a couple of times. You’ll see a 500. :-/

Ya I saw a 500 error after I refreshed like 10 times pretty quickly.
