I like it, l love it the transitions are cool. The snapping effect goes well the idea behind the site

nice site dude...i like it all...i don't really mind the popup either!
just a thought, you might want to warn the viewers of possible nudity, some people may be offended or whatever (I certainly didn't mind) or you could stick all the nekkid chicks in a special section.
another thing...have you experimented with adding just a touch of color somewhere? like in the word "desmond" or something? just a thought.

your sound effects sound cheap and low quality when put with the good visual designs of the site.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
Supree - I was actually wodering about the sound effects. They suck. I really wasn't sure what kind to use. Do you have any suggestions on which ones are bad and any that might go well?

The one that really stands out as bad is the wind-blowing one (the one that plays in transitions). It sounds like someone just blew on their cheap microphone.

it's really really good. nice, smooth transitions etc
only thing I would ask: is there really any need for that preposterous fullscreen pop-up? the window doesnt need to be that big. if you have to have it that big, dont make it a pop-up. just have it in the same window or something.

i agree on the popup. people have an aversion to them, AVOID them at all costs. i know i shouldn't be talking, because my site has them, but i'm redesigning, so i'm all good!!:P
about the transitions, i like them but they need to be faster!! especially between photos. people will not wait that long to get a photo.
the photography is GREAT.

yup
doesnt load in netscape though
dont know why - i have Netscape 7(or six, the latest i mean) with all options turned on....
Otherwise really good - the only thing i would have like is a little box showing what section im in - me forgets so many things =)
otherwise keep the move in your main window. what's the use of the pop-up, since your original - launch - window is gonna stay up ?
