Plugins = brushes/styles/actions/tuts or plugins (that reside under the Filter menu)?

The latter will almost always cost you - the free ones are free for a reason (generally speaking not good/original enough to be commercially successful). I have to be honest; I avoid plugins like the plague - there's nothing they can do that you can't, and your results will be better and different from everybody else who hits the button... :smirk:

However, if it is the former you seek I can recommend these:

http://thewebmachine.com/

http://robouk.mchost.com/tuts/

http://www.stridingstudio.com/tutorials/

http://www.psmeg.co.uk/pages/ps_reg_tut_index.htm

and this forum can be a handy source of PS goodies:

Hope all this helps

MMhh. I download a few off kazaa and must agree there are only two or three i use - i believe they were made with the filter factory- all they do are dumb distort or groovy colors... Good ones are $$$$
