not so cool.
The window colors do not fit the image and the font with the style of the window.

the picture on the left gets chopped off so abruptly. May I suggest a fade or speed blur?

it would sit in a fitted chromeless window if that makes the cuts look better
???

promising. do a fade with the picture maybe???? also the word "next" on the picture looks like it was just drawn on there with a paintbrush in photoshop. maybe make it look more rusty and realistic so it blends in more.
all for now.

Yeah, then that would work. But what are the advantages of using a pop-up window? You just take away the users ability to use back, forward, stop, refresh, home, favorites, history, print.

When people refer to pop-up windows, they mean the javascript window with no controls. Sure you can add in the controls you want, but then wouldn't you just call it an ordinary browser window? :)

um.. well.. no. I wouldn't. you can call up an ordinary window, with the features that you dictate, and have it at a set size that is not resizable. I'd call that a pop-up. since.. well.. that's what it is.

POP UPS are horrible - experienced internet will close them as a habbit... Make sure you warn when adding a popup...
The picture on the left looks good, warm colors, contrast. But as Blastboy pointed out the textbox doesnt fit along - try to fit a bit more in the style of the picture - rusty, warm, orange and yellow ;-) etc etc....

That kinda funny because i took that picture, and the word was written on the pipe... but it was just how i edited it.
also... i think pop up serve there purpose when you want to see things in a non-interupted enviornment, and since the entire site is a swf file theres no need for controls anyway...
ill have people take a look when i get further along too.
