mailto not working in IE6?

This may seem like a stupid question, but Ive just noticed, as has my client, that the mailto links in their website doesnt work in IE6. It says:


Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed

Anyone any ideas?

cause it's their computer... they need to install a mailing client and set it up... has nothing to do with your markup on your site.

That's why I like email forms, inaddition to the mailto link.
