Well

a) im not sure if you wanted your site to pop-up but it didnt for me (didnt find the page...) anyway i was still able to see the movie. (but get rid of pop-ups)

b) it looks a bit plain - you could add some interactivity (moving parts - anything to cheer it up) and maybe a short intro ? - use flash extensively

c) gallerie starting to look good - add a few comments and more images and it'll be great....

keep going thoug - looks good (-:
