There is no little interface with buttons. There's box, which was most likely done by just adding a dark layer on top of the gray box, and then using a mask to hide certain aspects - so that it looked rendered.

I think he means the grunge... the dirty embedded in the gray paint.... the feeling like the maid quit a year ago and no one cleaned the walls... I would like to know how that is done too.... I don't have a grunge filter on P.S.

that looks like it could be erase with a texture brush... blur armpit hair... can't get a handle on it myself
