the people in your banner look like their fuzzyer than they should be. And the dropdown menu above the About Us, The grey just is a little too bland, and the links don't work i just tested them

I'm also not feeling the banner. It looks like you made them fuzzy/grainy on purpose. A crisp photo would make the site look much cleaner and would fit with the glassy theme you got going on.
The space between the boxes on your pages needs to be uniform. Having varying amounts of space also makes the site look messy.
You have some css issues in Firefox you need to fix.
Right now the site looks like it's out of the late 90's. You need to do some work to make it look more modern. Keep playing with the design.

Ok, well the links work, but i'm not into the site that much. Why ? Because this is the old school "business web site style". It's nothing new, the graphics could be much better and cleaner and well, i'm not really into the style and well, those dudes, let me guess, you googled for those pics ? Be more creative, come up with something new, i'm sick of seeing strangers staring at me and smiling. At least the navigation is simple and ok, but i'm not feeling the site i saw way too many of these... they're boring...

Hello Sidhu!
Here it is some constructive critique about you site:
Loved the combination of colors for that type of business and the graphic elements you carry on throughout the site. Consistency and repetition always work well in web design! The world globe and the hands graphics are awesome and suit well the IT business. Good job!
The fine lines work well and they are very much in style now. It gives a clean and elegant look to the site. The simple navigation bar makes the right combination.
In overall, the site has a clean professional look and it’s easy to navigate. However, I also see a few things that you may consider giving some attention to it:
1) The logo looks like it does not belong there. It looks isolate, not because of its placement, but because its style and color are not present in other elements. Maybe replacing one of your colors for the same red… you can also try replicating the lines in the logo in some of the background banners or background titles, using some kind of transparency like you did with the round shape. The logo lines remind me of movement, transition of information, technology. Find a wise way to integrate the logo to the rest of the design. It will make the users/clients have more credibility in the company. It happens unconsciously to most people, but it does happen.
It would be cool if you make some little animation for the logo with the lines coming in. Something simple that can be done in flash or evem image ready... (just a suggestion). Maybe it's better to keep everyhting static as it is if you're not introducing any other type of animation.
2) The grey background is not working for me, I think white will work better with the rest of the design or also you could try a soft gradient with one of your colors + white, something similar to the gradient background in the MSN home page. I think it will work better
3) Check spacing in between your menu titles, it is not equal.
4) Check your word spacing and kerning in the text under team and services in the home page. Also "Readmore" together is not working, people may think it is a mistake, you better of separting the words.
5) The drop down menu under about is lonely; it’s the only menu option with a drop down. To keep consistency you may think about putting the options profile, vision and mission on the About page or just making all the other menu options a drop down also. Anyway, this is the least important.
Hope my critique will help you to make your site even better. Hope you'll get good bucks for it!

I agree with FLASH'ER there too... The whole thing looks like a template.
And the worst thing is, at higher resolutions, the background just ends abruptly (vertically) and then there's this huge white space. I mean, cmon! Optimise your site for higher resolutions.
Other than that, all I can say is, the place where it earns +ve points is, it's clean. But a little too clean maybe, because there absolutely nothing going on in the design. Too bland really.
I'm sure you can improve a lot in the future. Keep it up.

It has template written all over it. When are people going to stop posting these things? No one cares if you managed to download and install a template and change the text. My only comment is that the girl in the middle with the armband is hot. Otherwise start sketching on paper first and have a look at other "business" websites if you're going to insist on making one. At least get to know what works and what doesn't in terms of design and usability.

Oh, and that section that's called, "Team," I like the forced depth blur. I bet that guy in the front was like, "Curses, blurred again!" (*sarcasm*)

The Team at Resonate Software gives the company strong strength to withstand customer requirement.
I also wouldn't use the phrase "strong strength".

^ no need to be picky, we're all human.. we make mistakes... and i'm 100% convinced that you understood what he was trying to say... so pointing out senseless mistakes is just...... you are only risking a war with posts like this...

And then we come to the S&C forum so others can find our mistakes and tell us about them. That was an honest suggestion.
//edit: To be clear, the quote from my previous post wasn't something sidhu said here, it's a typo from the site.

Anyway....
I got more of a chance to look at your site. I actually like the colors you use a lot, they keep it bright and interesting. Like some others have said, however, some of the margins seem to need tightening up - theres some out-of-place spaces in there, namely in the nav menu, and home page column sections.
Also, as others have said, you should definitely do something about your abruptly-ending background.
On the home page, under clients, there's a couple blank spaces. You should either fill them with other clients, or somehow arrange it so it doesn't look like anything's missing. It also seems like those would be clickable for more detail on that particular client, but they're not.
