Write to file, in flash ??

Is it possible to in any way, with or without psp/asp write a text in a input textfield, press a button and have it loaded into a textfile, so that it can be loaded in a dynamic textfield for another flash site (as a update admin funciton)

Shortanswer: no
Long Answer: Yes, but only if you create an Apollo application. Or use MDM Zinc (google it please). But Flash alone won't allow you to do so.

Handy Man -> Also check out mProjector.

I use both and the latter is much more stable, user friendly and 100% mac and PC.

One of the biggest advantages is an extension that comes with mProjector allowing you to code code hints WITHIN flash as well compiling directly within flash.

And no...i Dont work for them :)

does it work with AS3 though?
zinc is the only one I know that fully supports AS3.
