So here I am , doin a gradient and was just about to flip it to horizontal instead of vertical. and I couldn't find the usual gradient tool that was so wonderful in flash 8 ... anyone know if they hid it somewhere or something??

You need to click+hold the Free Transform tool to switch to the Gradient Transform tool you want.

Oh thanks Colin! That's where the gradient transform tool was. I posted about an issue I had with it earlier, but this solves it :)

That seems to be the first thing I do now when I get a new version of flah. I really like how you can customize the tool bar. That and I add a few plug ins for nice shapes and pixel tools and they tend to make a mess of the tool bar so I have to reorganize them any ways.

No problems K-man :) CS3 feels very foreign, especially the UI, but I think it's an improvement.

Hi,

I found it, is in the same spot that the "Free Transform Tool" is. The shortcut is (F).
