OK i have flash and can make it a flash site but i am worried about it being slow on some computers!

honestly... i didn't read a single word... things i don't like i don't waste time on reading... first impression counts the most... you know.. you can't take someone seriously if you see that he hasn't got the will or skill or whatever to create something original... let us not forget this community has plenty of designers and well, people can smell a template a mile away... in a designers eye a template is = crap, 0.... that explains why most of the people don't like it... because it's simply not your work... you didn't put any/much effort into it... only editing some text/skinning isn't enough to make people like your work...

I'm sorry, I voted no.

Reason:
First of all you've got this cheesy looking thing counting your visitors - don't like those and it doesn't blend very well into your site. Second, you've got all these pages on your site, all with the same layout - and thats good. But then you come to the games page. And last, like mentioned, it's not your work I believe. Well most of the parts. I'm guessing you just added some text info and graphics.

It's not a bad site, but it just feels wrong giving you thumbs up and all that when you look at my points. Hope that helps - keep it up.

Just want to add a little note. The reason why we want to give people critiques see, is to help them evolve on an area. Wether it's design (usually), functionality or something else. On the site you have shown us we can in that case just critique your work, which is the writing. And I'm guessing you didn't put this up to get comments on your writing part?!

Take a look at some examples of sites through some css galleries. Always helps me get inspired. Take a look through the css codes for those sites and see of it all works. Here are some nice css galleries I usually go to:
