Job Description:

an expanding number of products, brands and international markets.
Purpose and Scope: Develop consumer-facing Flash applications in a highly iterative, group development environment.
Responsibilities:
Build dynamic Flash, driven by XML-based content.
Utilize complicated action scripting.
Encode videos in .flv format for the Flash Communications Server.
Perform integration testing of new code.
Create reusable Flash components to rapidly provide required functionality.
Engineer Flash solutions that provide the maximum performance and flexibility.
Make technical recommendations for implementation options related to user experience.
Job Requirements:
Excellent understanding and at least 3 years experience in Macromedia Flash, Action scripting 1.0 - 2.0
Good understanding and at least 3 years experience in ASP, .NET, DHTML, XML, MS SQL 2000, object oriented programming, and video compression and streaming.
Able to Develop Heavy Data Driving Flash UI.
Have a good understanding of Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator.
Basic understanding of or ability to learn related emerging technologies, including the Flash Communications Server.
Strong understanding of web development processes and best practices.
Attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results.
Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
