Link Problem?

Hey guys, I am using the new Avant Browser, but all of a sudden when ever i click on a link its not opening in a new window. Is this just me or is it happening to anyone else? Is there a setting in the CP that i could have clicked to accidently turn off this feature? Its really getting annoying having to rightclick.

my windows load just fine, i'm not sure if there is a setting in the CP for this.

however, in avant you can simply hold shift and click a link for it to open in a new window.

well now its more than just here, so its gotta be my avant. i will check all the settings but when i was here and at another site, i clicked enter that was on a popup and it took over this tab...grr!
