yeah. look at the clients. almost all of them are norwegian. and they have adress in Halden & Oslo

yea, not a stretch at all...

can someone tell me why designers have decided it's OK to blur an image as a rollover state? if anything, an image should become more CLEAR when you roll over it.

it's very frustrating to me. 2 cents.
