Hi. I just got CS3. Its Nice but i dont really find anything new that are very improved, just some interface changes and ofc AS3.

I really like the way that you can just copy and paste stuff out of Fireworks into Flash, and you can still edit all of the effects like drop shadows etc!

Getting started learning as3 now though! Wish I'd started sooner... :(

So far, this seems to be the feature that everyone's talking about the most. While it's definately useful, I cant say it was particularly high up on my wish list as I'm not really much of a graphics person. The 'convert motion to actionscript' feature sounds like a bit of fun, but I imagine it will be used by noone but beginners and imposters, in a similar way to using the WYSIWYG editor in Dreamweaver to generate HTML.

The obvious major change is the step up from AS2 to AS3, but not having been able to play with AS3 yet, it just feels like a "difference" rather than an improvement.

I'm still probably going to spank a silly amount of money on it, but I'm just not quite sure why yet. Someone make something awesome that you simply couldn't do with Flash 8 so I have some justification to buy Web Premium.

That's one of the big things on my list. Being able to copy or drag objects directly from illustrator into flash, while still keeping everything editable sounds like heaven. The other big ticket item for me... universal binary for intel macs :)

My CS3 upgrade finally arrived today. 'can't wait to get home to play with it tonight.

components?? those are one of the best feats not to mention the unifying of all cs3 apps. flash also has a really nice interface now.

I love that you can take graphics from Illustrator and paste it in Flash. So usefull.. and i love that they allso made the Pen Tool good. Do you find anymore new cool stuff?

The functions which make Motionstweens into AS is very cool, i dont understand how to use it jet, but i will find out! :)
