Maybe a bit unusual for kirupa but critiques are welcome nonetheless:

It is a diet log customized for a workout plan and diet me and my buddy are going to try out. The plan is actually quite interesting, it is all based off of the R.I.P.P.E.D Systems book.
Agonist/Antagonist Lifting: Heavy Upper, Heavy Lower, Break, Light Upper, Light Lower, break. These are all supersets to keep heart rateup.
Phased Cardio: 2 days at 2 30min 60% max heart rate workouts, one day HIIT.
Phased Diet: 2 days high protein low carb, one day low carb high protein.

That looks pretty neat. If your printer is nice enough, the text just might come out clear enough
I'm guessing phase 1 is buffing up and phase 2 is trimming down the fat? Both phases seem to have a bit too many calories for your daily diet. Maybe I'm not reading it right, but 1800+650+1000=3450 calories per day is a bit too much.

I have an HP 7310 which I love. Here is a pdf version that is editable in illustrator if anyone wants to use or change it or print it out at 300dpi:

This program is used to help us (me and my friend who are both trying it out) get "ripped" aka lose fat and maintain muscle. The phased dieting is used to allow for maximum fat loss while retaining a high metabolism.
At the top BMR is Basal Metabolic Rate, i.e. Total Caloric Intake your body expends on it's own. The formula we used to calculate our BMR takes into account that:
-We lift (more muscle),
-We eat six small meals a day (increase RMR),
-Drink 1.5 gallons of water (thermogenetic, muscle growth, & is used in the process that turns fat into energy),
-We take a supplement that is mostly caffein for energy.
-We take a caffein free grean tea extract (EGCG).
So the BMR calculation we used is higher than average but takes into account our whole program. Also we need an increased caloric intake at the specific amounts of protein/carbs/fat in order to lose fat. Not sure if it is too high with this formula. Mine is 2633.4 which seems fine especially with the supplement.
I like the workouts and cardio schedule well enough. The phased eating is an interesting concept but i have been reading up on carb cycling and it seems to be fairly common to losing weight. We'll see how it goes.

I don't know much about dieting (because if I went on one I would die - I don't have much of anything on me), but from a design perspective it's looking nice. :)

Taking caffeine then exercising can't be very friendly (heart wise). You may also get one hell of an addiction to it without trying.
Either way it looks really nice, good job. The only thing I would have a problem with is writing so small when everything is somewhat crammed together in there.

lol, thanks!
Also a diet is what you are eating currently. So don't think of it as going on a diet, think of it as merely improving on your current diet.
