For some reason when i open my web pages, I get an error saying "An ActiveX component on this page encountered an internal error. It will not display with an accurate preview picture." And when I get to my page, everything that had to do with flash is now totally wack. You cant even tell what the flash stuff is. I just recently updated to Flash MX... could that be a problem?
Thanks

hmm.. shouldn't be.
Unless..... did you update your flash plugin?
though I'm not sure why that would do that either, but it's worth a try. In addition, if that doesn't work, try reinstalling Internet Explorer. If neither of those options work, write back.. I'll see if I can think of anything else.

Hey Buddylee,
When you open your animation in Flash MX and go to File | Publish Preview | HTML, does the animation display? If the animation previews in your browser without a problem, there should not be a problem with either the Flash 6 Player or IE. The problem might be linked to how you are incorporating the animation to your Web pages.
