I can see them fine in firefox, opera and ie6. I hate it when people have problems with things that you/I can't even see, i mean how do you go about fixing them?!
Hope you get it sorted.

Didn't notice any problems on FF2 or IE7 with Windows XP.
One possible problem could be that the mouseWheel is not tied to any scrolling function in the flash file. The majority of the radio buttons are hidden below the fold when the page is scrolled to the top, and if the swf has focus then using the mousewheel to scroll down and show the rest of the radio buttons will not work.

http://www.browsercam.com/ is actually a great resource, you could take some screen dumos and various browsers and let your client see for themselves?

its because of his flash version. See flash will actually try to display stuff even if its not supported in the version.
http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/
use this simple quick fix (just set the version your checking for and your set).
