Hey, take a look at this software we have developed in Flash. It utilizes Flash Remoting to talk with MySQL. Let us know what you think.

looks pretty good dev wise.....but graphic wise it is pretty "crap-tastic" and I say that in a contructive way :P
The hold music option is hilarious....lmao. Pretty cool stuff in there. Fix it up visually tho.

i love how it works, but lots of graphic and visual work still to be done dude;)

Hey thanks for the advice! Question though, when you say design, are you talking about the Flash (the grey square in the middle) or are you talking about the page itself, or maybe both??? If you are talking about the outside page area, I didn't spend much time on that...

Gradients are gone! The helpdesk was designed in Flash so it would present more of an application feel. Having it in Flash also prevents the user from having to download a new page on every click. The helpdesk is a one-time download of the swf and that's it (the only other downloading required is the content which is a small communication packet with the server). In addition, Flash allows me to publish a projector file which I can then send out with the helpdesk as a standalone application on the user's computer or thumb drive.
