Hey, take a look at my portfolio and tell me what's wrong with it and what you like about it, if there is anything.

Like:
- Loads fast
- Simple Design
Dislike:
- in AKR you used alpha channels instead of normal "light colour" and when the characters overlap you can see that white thingie ( it makes it look bad )...
- the navigation ( i have no idea which one is the about, contact a.s.o. menu... and it's really bad because this way people can't have a "full view" on what you can offer and what's the site all about )
- the way you present whatever you have to present ( that black bg with that ugly white text is horrible... + it's not even aligned right )
Hmm, i think that's all... Overall: Fair ( not good but not that horrible either )
Good Luck,

i just don't get the nav. seriously. make another one, maybe, with text instead:D
the effects are too blocky too. and slow. may look better with a faster frame rate, since the transitions will run more smoothly.
looks ok though. nice use of the reds, fonts are simple, yet effective and almost no load times:D

As soon as it loaded the text in, I sat their for a few moments waiting for the rest of the site to load. Then I realised that that was it. As hybrid said ^ your nav is not obvious enough. You need to make it obvious that it's a nav, otherwise some people won't realise (like I almost did).
I'd strongly suggest that you play around with fonts a bit, because all too many sites that I see just use the default system fonts (or something the ressembles it), and it's nothing exciting.
Apart from that, the other stuff has been covered by the two other guys above. I can't see anything else right now, so it's a good start, but you need to sort out the usability and the looks.
Good luck! :)
