Feedback for Laguna Beach Couture Site

Hello- I'm hoping to get some feedback on a clothing site in Laguna Beach. Its doesn't have commerce enabled right now, but in July we're rollin' it out. Hope to hear it all here: the good, the bad and the just plain ugly. I'm sure there are bugs. ;)

The preloader is really jumpy (the animation)

Upon loading, the initial transition had a lot of lag - so up the frame rate.
The blurring of the pages when they whoosh in from the left seems too much (but this is probably because of the lag)

The scrolling bg with DOF looks really groovy though!

I really think the Typograpy could be a lot stronger. Right now the blurry serif fonts are not doing the layout much justice at all.

That being said, the overall feel of the site is nice. Fix up the performance issues and it should be much nicer :)

not bad actually, but i'm having a litle trouble with the image nav. and i'd rather the nav text be right-aligned

good job though;)

^For large blocks of text- right aligned will look disjointed. If it's title's that would be fine.
