how much does a flash webpage cost?

i am new to making webpages, and i dont know how much i am going to charge a client for making a flash site. is it by the hours or by pages?

That's not something somebody can answer... Calculate how much you are worth and how much you can charge for an hour... Calculate how long it is going to take to get the site done... Now you know how much you can charge... ;)
