the splash is nice, but whats the point of a splash page being made from Flash. If the user doesnt have flash player.. what happens? do you redirect them, or do they sit there looking at a blank screen for 10minutes? if you don't redirect them.. is there any point in having a splash page? you should use frames and make only the colour-changing thing out of flash and use text/pictures in tables for everything else.

other than that, it's a really really nice site. slick, fast-loading, great transitions. nice work :thumb:
