[Icy Penguin]

So, I'm finally forcing my self to make my logo.
I've had a general concept down for a while - one I'm 99.9% sure I want to keep.

So I think I finished up the type - just wanted to get some opinions on it.

The mark isn't finished yet (just blew up a smaller version of a .gif I had a while back).

Also some opinions on the shape of the penguin.

And I'm trying to get that swish to be symmetrical/looking good - it's near impossible! Any ideas?

Might i suggest putting the blue swoop under ICYPENGUIN and above Web & graphic design etc
also make the swoop kind of cut into your icy penguin letters....
when i get home i'll whip up a quick swoop for you to use if someone else hasnt already done it by that point.

The reason I put the swoosh under there was so it looked like/symbolized that the penguin was sitting/sliding on some ice.

@Dig: I don't really having the slash in the name - I think it sounds a little more professional (albeit awkward in a way) to just have the two ampersands.

And about the swoosh, I knew I accidentally made a perfect swoosh by fooling with PS's brushes - perhaps that would be a way too.

Problem is (forgot to mention) - my Illustrator is majorly screwed up for lack of a better term - is it possible to import those into photoshop?

penguin looks good, im just wondering how it would look if you would make it a bit thinner? maybe a couple of mm. longer.
