Before I go any further... Creative Colors web layout

Hey all, been a long time. Way too long, perhaps? Well here is a draft of a web layout for a HTML/CSS tattoo + body piercing shop, which I'm doing as an outsourced job (hence the different copyright at the bottom).

I'm not feeling much at the moment, and haven't even began to make the navigation yet. But what is shown is what I have got at the moment. Any critiques? I am aware that it is slightly glossy/clean, but it's what was requested. And apologies for the quick and direct post I'm creating, it's kinda late here, just heading off to bed. Look forward to any comments.

looks good, but a tad bit too dirty for a tattoo/body piercing site. and remove all traces of that red, remind me of blood, therefore, painful experience;)
content area could use a bit more work too, try adding images in it:)

Going by the name should it be a bit more colourful???

Other than that I have no complaints!
