hire now fire later is kinda negative for ya.
i obviously have no idea about the intro, and didn't get the nav at first. but some of the bg's are cool.

lots of graphics to be changed, but functionality is ok;)

Its very differnet, and very cool it took me a while to figure out how to get in to the main bit of the site, but im a bit slow so dont worry!

I like the music, but the bit when you can decide to slide through the stuff you have done there isnt a long enough gap between finish loading the picture and starting loading the next picture.

I really like the blur effect on the scrolling text, and the mix of vector and pixel, creates a bold and very now look, if that doesnt sound to wierd.

And the milliseconds going really fast anoys me but that personal taste.

But yeah very nice, I think 'fresh' is the word im looking for.
