Well the Transitions and movement are real nice. Overall feel of the site is good.

I just feel that you over used the glow effect and went a little crazy with your fonts.

I would never have guessed you were providing web hosting/design. It feels more like an online community for gaming or something.

I think it would help to bump the language selection up to the front page. (You might also want to check your english dictionary eg. 'Why' can be used as part of a question 'Wye' is a river.)

I like it, it's a very nice design. I really like all the glowy stuff too... My one complaint is that it took me a minute to figure out how to change the language. I suggest that you have the language option when it loads.
