Flash "3D" animation work - upgrade needed

Hi guys

This is a website I designed for a friend's night club, everything on the site is my work, design, flash, photos in the galleries...

Anyway, I really feel that the site is too skinny on content and should be given some fresh stuff...

My first concern is this menu I made up.

I made the sphere in Swift 3D If I recall right, and put it in flash...

My questions are;

How could I make this spinning globe effect in Flash without using some external program (mainly because it spins too fast and I couldn't figure out how to slow it in Swift 3D)

Also, I would like the 6 bars to be partly hidden in the sphere, and on rollover to swoosh out with sound effect...

Anyone that can help me?

looks really cool, love the splash especially:D

the spinning globe would take ages without 3rdparty apps, best bet would be frame by frame;)

eh...it's actually hideous in my opinion.
a) The boa splash gives no context
b) The boa is poorly rendered and looks like a 1980's Dodge ad
c) The menu is ugly and too obviously flash to the point of amateurism.
d) the color scheme is missing! (you cant just make a black and white website)
e) you need more content and images on the main page

splash is horrible and its a frikin rip of the COBRA LOGO which was done much better. AND boas have small teeth not fangs... they are not poisonous.
