Could someone recommend me a great ftp client for free, like smartftp for the pc?

well i always just used either net2ftp.com or the windows explorer.
You could always try WISEftp

I use Cyberduck (http://cyberduck.ch/). Kind of a strange name, but it works pretty slick.

Transmit
After the trial your sessions are limited to 10 minutes but honestly that's not a problem most of the time.
Otherwise Cyberduck. I used to use it, but only because I thought I had to. Transmit is love. I have a license.

is filezilla for MAC? i dont remember, i use it on my PC and it was recommended to my by a MAC Tech.
not bad for free.

Windows Explorer - it's free and comes with (almost) every PC.

I use filezilla portable on a USB so I can run it anywhere.

nice checked out Transmit and its cool. the cyberduck is nice too because its free but it has some annoying things.

Ps. the windows explorer comment was classic ;) i miss my pc to be honest
