Job description:
Job Description: Develop rich interactive online experiences that incorporate robust design concepts with strong information architecture for websites, rich media and games/applications.
Experience Required: Mastery of PHP/MySQL, XHTML, CSS, DHTML and JavaScript. Knowledge of object oriented programming techniques and design patterns are a plus.
Knowledge of other languages are a plus. The professionalism and skills equivalent to 3-5 years professional experience. Imaginative spirit and sense of humor.
Other Requirements: Deep interest in technology, whether that be gadgets, computers, robots, toys, etc. Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where creativity is a team effort with copywriters, information architects, application developers and strategists. Excellent communication skills; Outstanding problem solving skills; Love of creative challenges

OK, one question... It's more off topic then related to the job but I have to as if: that 75K rate is a monthly rate or yearly rate ( it was never clear for me which is which ) ? Thanks, and sorry for the stupid question...

I would have thought yearly as monthly would equal $900,000 a year, and for a developer with 3-5 years experience... well! :party:

75k per Year

This is only an initial offer, most guys get more after 3 months depending on how skilled they actually are.

You will be amazed how many people think they are expert programmers and never even heard of OOP.

I can't exactly see how this is a Flash Position? you have mentioned nothing of "actionscript" nor flash in the entire ad?

Is this really a Flash Development job or more a web development and possibly a little flash thrown in?
