Bean Creative, one of most respected interactive shops in the Washington DC area, is seeking a talented Flash Developer / Guru to join our exceptional team.
This position is responsible for Flash development and design on projects including interfaces, games, applications and complete Flash websites. You’ll develop ActionScript programming to create engaging and effective interactive web and offline experiences, incorporating all interface and graphic design elements through a collaboration with other team members.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of Flash development including in-depth ActionScript coding capabilities with the ability to program data-driven applications. The ability to storyboard interactive elements and produce highly engaging work from storyboards is a key facet of this position. Solid graphic design priniciples are a strong plus.
Flash samples (portfolio, URLs, other relevant work) are a requirement for consideration. Resumes without Flash samples will not be considered.
