Ok, some people on the forum got this Office 2007. But still quite unsure about it and the features it holds. Now its time to release those features. Here I will post tips about Office 2007 (or anyone else with a good tip :))
So here goes:
Tip 1: Disabling the Auto download of Pictures in Outlook:
Some get annoyed when we have to click multiple times just to see some images! So here is how to disable them:
Click on 'Tools' then find 'Trust Center...'

Then find 'Automatic Download' and click on it

Now in the first check box 'Don't download pictures automatically....' uncheck it

There ya' have it! Now pictures will be downloaded without the need of multiple clicks!

Tip 2 : Picture Design (Borders and such)
First insert a picture, click on the 'Insert' tab and then click on 'Picture'
Adding a Border
Adding a border is simple, double click on the image then the band at the top should change.

Now we want to focus on the border, so choose your border from here:

Double click on the border you want then look at the image after and look at the difference!
Picture Shape
near the border settings you should see 'Picture Shape' click on it and there will be a large pop-out menu

Tip 3 : It changes Automatically!
Yea, When you change the background unser 'Page Layout' then 'Page colour' just hover over those colours and watch the page change! I find this useful finding what goes with and what not goes with

Microsoft Office Groove
This isn't a tip its just something to tell you what Office Groove is like a file sharing tool. But it uses accounts and I think is able to use over the net. In the actual application it has:
Chat features (depends on what workspace you choose) File sharing (on both workspaces) invite to workspace features, ability to add tools, Send private messages.
This is quite a good piece of software. It does not require you to upload to a server so its quick to get files up but the other user needs to download it.
So there we have it. A good piece of software! (pics coming soon!)

This aint a tip but Sharepoint Portal server has some great features and integrates seamlessly with the whole office suite including groove.
Currently I made a portal where the users in our companies active directory can can search the document libraries and edit these based on their user priveledges.
It also has the ability to save document versions with the information of who did what and when.
Its a very great program that if you work in a corporate office where multiple users edit documents and you cant keep track of who has what and whats the status of the document and when its due.
Coontent approval is also another feature I'm telling you this program is great and Sharepoint Designer is the new Frontpage and to my astonishment I'm liking it quite alot :-/

If you won't be using the Sharepoint features for your sites, you should look into Expression Web, for it is geared more towards web designers :)

Tip 4 : Smart Art
This is what I like most out of Office. Smart Art, here is how you get some Smart Art:
1) Click on 'Insert' then look along the band until you find 'SmartArt' it looks like a green envelope with a card infront of it.
