HELP! Related to Internet Browser

I keep getting refered to this site http://www.javascript-page.com/referrer.html when I click a link!?? WHY??

well, it doesn't ALWAYS gets refered to there, but the probability is 80%
which means if I go to 10 links, 8 of those 10 links will get refered to there, now it's getting so annoying!

i just check out! it is a script for a web page! most likely a feature for the web page just for the visitor.. and not a browser just like firefox.
