My first pixelart EVER! PLZ HELP

This is my first pixel art ever, i dedicied to begin with this pixel art thing cuz i want to be really god at it!
I found this site by asking my dear friend named Google.
He recomended it so can i have som advice:

Wow, it's cool to see how this is improving, and make no mistake, it is. o.o

The only 2 remarks I have is that..

err.. Things like the doors and helipad seem to be have the wrong directions. ^_^;

..For instance, you might understand what Im mean. ^^

And get rid of the grass blurr effect.. ^_^;
In my opinion it makes it less pixely. =p

still some missing gaps, a bit of a problem with perspective, but overall, improving. keep it up dude:D
