Full screen pop up window with centered flash movies in??

I want to create a pop up for my site like the site has below,

Any ideas how to do this?? I have tried the tutorial on this site but if doesnt seem to go full screen

If you can give me sufficient reason why a fullscreen pop-up window is neccessary and advantageous to the users experience, I'll tell what you need to know.

Sorry to be such an arse, I just get really frustrated by flash designers who are constantly opening new pop-windows or resizing my browser window for no reason. :shifty:

its due to the size of my site, i need the full screen to give the full experience and users who use screen resolutions such as 800x600 etc wont get the whole site without the full screen pop-up!

never done a site with a pop up like this before thats why i need help with it!!

So i'm guessing you've designed the site with a width of 800 and a height of 600 and then realised that a regular browser window won't give you all that space when viewed at 800 x 600 resolution?
