Ideas?

Must've put some work into it... But for some reason, I'm not liking it. :(

GfX is a bit fuzzy, and that solar thing (maybe sun) and the black bg on top doesn't make much sense to me. I like what you've on your footer though. The only thing I don't like about it and this is complex being on GfX...

Maybe it's just me, so you should wait before making any changes...

gfx edges are a bit sharp, bevels don't look good. btw lens flares are overused;)
i don'r like the color scheme as well, but it's a good start;)

agreed, drop the lens flare. they just scream n00b.

i like the lines for GfX, but i think thats about the only thing you should keep. the logo is just too complex (no pun intended). drop the textures, the transparencies, etc, and tighten everything up.

the line art is half the battle, so i think you'll get there :D

I dont like the overlapping complex or the lens flare. But I think you could really do something with it, Maybe change the perspective on the text or something, that makes things more interesting

I think the GFX part works well. It's a pretty nice form. But I think the Bauhaus font detracts from it. As does the intersecting word. Try a different font for COMPLEX, maybe something that contrasts to the heavy rounded form of the GFX.
Also, I think the tag line currently stands out more than the COMPLEX part of the logo. Another reason to try something different with that word. Maybe even turn it on its side next to the logo.
Keep at it, I think it could be a winner.

Mmm change the font of developed- design- etc the url and the contact info for something more classic like a myriad...try eliminating the plastic wrap or turn it down just a little bit to see how it looks

thank you every one for all the input. It looks as if I got a ways to go so it may be some time be for I got something else to show.

Edit:
Here's a idea for just the logo from what I'm getting from all of you.

I like that much better, personally. Now that it's stripped down to the line art, try adding just a few other elements. Resist the temptation to go overboard though. =)

will I guess I'm stuck between typography and symbolism. In other words I'm still leaving out the complex part, should I A: symbolize that or B: just spell it out?

Spell it out would get my vote. Especially if it's part of your company name.
Here's a quick sketch of one idea. Here I used Eurostile to contrast its squareness against the round GFX form. As I said, it's just a sketch to help spark an idea.
