- Pick some cleaner typo
- Do something about the huge space that the header creates
- Add more tone

it looks too plain with out the bevels and shadow, especially by the black panel and header. The client was looking for something like howlandhomes.com, but in black. And as you can see, the header on that site is outrageously huge>.<
