Anyone know of a Simple Mail Form (or formmail) that works on Mediatemple?

I was using a really simple PHP script before I switched over to MT. Now the script doesn't run. I called MT and they told me that they block a lot of mailforms from running to prevent spam. (which I can completely appreciate)

I'm hoping to find something a little less complex than the (Matt's) Perl Script they give you. Or something that even works with Flash would be sweet as well. Unfortunately, the support on that form is a little confusing and MT wasn't much help...and I'm somewhat Perl-tarded. :(

I have never had a problem with (MT) and mail forms, I once tested it and sent 300 emails to myself automatically, what package are you on and check your running PHP5 on that domain if you are using PHP5 code.

Is your site hosted on MT || did you check it on MT?
They run fine on my buddy's host.
