The splash page is okay looking, I would take out all that visitor info and IP display stuff, it seems tacky.

Other than that, there isn't much to critique on. Good luck with the rest. =)

Personally, I think the page is a little busy. I'm not sure what to focus on. Maybe if you got rid of the little grey squares that are in your background it would help clean up the page.

Also I think the page could use some color. Almost anything could go with black, white, and grey...maybe a blue of some hue?

Finally, I would get rid of the clock. I find it to be annoying and quite pointless since I already have a clock in the bottom right corner of my screen (since I'm a Windows user).

There isn't much else to comment on since there isn't any content yet.

Note: I'm not trying to sound so negative...I usually only comment on things that I don't like. That means, that I like/indifferent towards most everything else on the site.

I think the splash page is too confusing try to keep it more simple. The clock is pretty cool. Just slow slow the outer ring i can't read it
