Hey all,

I might be really behind the times.. But is there a new way of getting a site known to Google other than Meta Tags?

I put Meta Tags on a client's site (months ago) and still, it doesn't show when you search for it.

Does anyone have any tips?

Thanks a lot!

the actual content and incoming links are more important than meta tags. so if google can't access the actual content (i.e., the content is hidden in flash) and you don't get incoming links, then google might not have the site indexed.

Meta tags are getting old, and to get a boost just add the URL to google so that it indexes it.

and if you don't want an url to google put it in an invisible div

dirty but usefull....
