Copy rights?

Hey guys.

I was thinking of creating a book/strategy guide for a certain game I love to play. I have various ideas for it.

My question is....can I use images from the game, logos of the games, pictures of characters from the game etc. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal for personal use but if I put a lot of time into it and it turns out as good as think it will, and I would like to sell it. Would I run into problems legally?

I would get WRITTEN PERMISSION, and place that letter in the book, as in, make it right after table of contents. Make sure you request unconfidentiality in the letter, as without that, the letter cannot be held as proof in cour, due to the exclusionary rule.
