I spent a lot of time on this logo for an aviation site called "Flying4All" and now I want your opinions. Do you think this concept works for a logo? The colours obviously are nowhere near final. Anything I could add/remove/adjust to make this better?

I think it looks too busy. Is that supposed to be some kind of plane?

Hmmm... i think the 4 throws it off quite a bit.
I also can't really tell what type of structure it's forming. Looks like some type of building... but when jcombs said plane I looked at it a little differently. IF it's a building YAY if it's not BOOO
Also touch up on the 'A' itself cause the curvature in it isn't as smooth as the 'F'. I think it could be a good logo, but i'd definately work on the implimentaton of that 4, be it taking it outta the circle, using a different character type for it... whatever... somethin's gotta change :)

To me it feels like some crazy building, or a turtle with under developed feminine wings ( I like turtle wings to be dominant and manly).

I only said plane because this is for an aviation school and is named flying4all, but I have no idea what is supposed to be.

I love the concept - but I would touch it up a bit - make it look more like a plane without compromising the feel of the logo.

It's far too busy for western culture, but it looks fine for Arabic countries. I guess they are used to seeing these kinds of shape. When I first laid my eyes on it I thought about Saudi-Arabia, and then I saw the Arabic writing...
Considering your medium, I think the only problem so far is the fact that it doesn't look enough like a plane.

haha cool, maybe it'll end up with just the airplane logo along with a nice logotype spelling out the full site's name in both languages. Others also said the F4A bit felt funny as well
